Victory is in my grasp...
In the never-ending battle of one-upmanship that is parenting, I've been handed an easy victory. Mom's wrist is tendonitistic (-tisous?) and I'll be racking up the diapering count competition-free for 10 days. X-man is the clear loser in this case, since his diaper is likely to be changed only once or twice per day now. This will by the way officially seal my victory as changer of the heaviest diaper ever - a sub-competition that mom has seemed uninterested in from the beginning.

"Japan urn thief leaves mourners ashen-faced"

Counter-examples?

The Next VP?
The Hill asks all but 3 of our Senators to reply to the question: ‘If you were asked, would you accept an offer to be the VP nominee?’
Kennedy's faux modesty is endearing. Or I suppose grating, depending on which side of the aisle you most closely identify with.

Good for you Will Bunch!!!!!
By so badly botching arguably the most critical debate of such an important election, in a time of both war and economic misery, you disgraced the American voters, and in fact even disgraced democracy itself.
